Lotus ADSync

ein nachteil im vergleich von exchange und domino ist die doppelte useradministration bei domino; zwar gibt es ein sync-feature von lotus, doch schon allein von der dokumentation her scheint das keine lösung zu sein, die praktikabel ist - ob das jemand im einsatz hat und 100% damit zufrieden ist?
