good news: das eu-parlament hat zum glück mit großer mehrheit einen richtlinien-vorschlag des eu-rates über die “patentierbarkeit von computerimplementierten erfindungen” abgelehnt; damit sollte dieses thema - sofern die eu-kommission nicht nochmals solch eine richtlinie einbringt - endlich vom tisch sein.
