wie uns diese technote aufklärt, ist zur behebung der 6.5.5er client notwendig. den gibt es zwar noch nicht in deutsch, und ein rollout ist auch nicht so einfach, aber es gibt natürlich auch einen workaround:

At this time the only workaround is to send the attachment in a separate email.
