Using a Custom search filter in Directory Assistance use the following Authentication Filter:
(|(sAMAccountName=%*)(cn=%*)(|(&(sn=%a)(givenname=%z))(&(sn=%z)(givenname=%a))))
The default Active Directory Authorization Filter should also be entered:
